  • We act as your prime contractor and support partner—handling contracts, invoicing, risk and compliance. We also advocate for SMEs in Defence and government supply chains, creating new opportunities and helping you access work you may not reach alone.

  • Yes. We offer tailored support including mentoring, pricing advice, tender guidance, and help building your reputation with government and corporate clients.

  • ServeGate holds the prime contract, but you remain visible and engaged with the client. We foster long-term relationships between our members and clients, with ServeGate supporting in the background.

  • We pay as soon as funds are received from the client. We understand what clients need to process payments quickly, and we work closely with them to avoid delays and keep your cashflow moving.

  • It depends on the role or project. For Defence or secure agencies, some level of clearance is generally required. ServeGate can sponsor individuals working on our projects and provide guidance to members seeking their own DISP membership.
